Being the Primer Division of Region VII, Cebu City Division has made multifarious contributions in the area of education. To name a few; massive modernization program of all schools, school building program establishment of 23 Night High School, A-HI program for potential drop-out, scholarship grants for teachers and administrators, special science elementary classes, computerization program and many more.

        The prestige it has gained today is guided by the philosophy of service and commitment, through the concerted efforts of the City Government, the NGO’s and the educators then and now, through molding the youth to be what are expected of them that made Cebu City the best in whatever fields of endeavor are there to name.
